Alphington Grammar is the latest location to host our Lemnos Gallipoli Photographic Exhibition.
The exhibition has been installed in the one of the main corridors of the school, where students and parents visit regularly throughout the day.
Our specially prepared exhibition booklet has been produced to help students learn about the role of Lemnos in the Gallipoli campaign. And a series of information posters telling the story of Lemnos and Anzac are also on display.
The exhibition will be launched at the School's Anzac Day commemoration to be held at their School Assembly on 22nd April. I will be making a short Anzac Day address on the Hellenic link to Anzac across both World Wars.

The exhibition will be on display until the end of the first week in May.

Also on display is a photographic display of the Battle of Crete in 1941. I have prepared this exhibition on behalf of the Battle of Crete and the Greek Campaign Commemorative Council.
More information will be provided as to when members of the public will be able to visit the exhibition, consistent with school policy.
Thanks to Dr Vivianne Nikou, Principal for Alphinton Grammar, for hosting the exhibition.
Thanks to Chirstina Despoteris, Vice President of our Committee, for assisting in the organisation of this display.
