A big thank you to Mr Dimitris Marinakis, the Mayor of Lemnos, for all his great work in promoting Lemnos and its Anzac link. Our Committee has worked with him over many years to promote the Hellenic link to Anzac, especially during the annual Gallipoli commemorations on the Island.
He is pictured above with former Deputy Mayor and honourary Lemnos Gallipoli Commemorative Committee member, Mr Dimitris Boulotis, receiving his copy of our new book - Lemnos & Gallipoli Revealed.
