Those who may be considering traveling to Lemnos and other sites in Greece to participate in their annual Anzac-related commemorative events are advised as follows.
Lemnos
Our Committee has been advised by the authorities on Lemnos that next years commemorative events will be held over the 20th to 22nd April 2020. A detail program of events is expected to be announced closer to these dates.

It is anticipated - as has been the case every year - that the Australian Embassy in Greece will again hold its Anzac Day commemoration at Phaleron War Cemetery in Athens on 25th April 2020.

The British Brotherhood of Greek Campaign Veterans have advised that their Greek campaign commemoration will take place at the Greek Campaign memorial in Kalamata on 12th May 2020.

Further events are anticipated to be held on the mainland, including at Thessaloniki, Corinth, Trahila (in the Mani), Kalamata and Pylos/Methone.
It is anticipated (but not confirmed) that the Corinth-Trahil-Kalamata commemorative plaque unveiling events may be held on 26th to 28th April. Details of these three events will be announced closer to the dates.
As with previous years, it is also anticipated that commemorative events on the Battle of Crete will be held on Crete between 18th and 24th May 2020, with a detailed program of events in various locations on Crete to be announced closer to this time. As these as confirmed, updated will be provided on this page.
